Returns are accepted only within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

Clearance or final sale items may be marked as non-returnable.

Defective or damaged items are eligible for return. Customers need to provide evidence such as photographs to support their claim.

Refunds will be returned to the card used for purchase once the item has been recieved. 

Exchanges will be honored once the returned item has been recieved.
